Testimonials

What’s it like to work with me?

“Richa did an excellent job during her summer internship representing ServiceNow in customer interviews. Her exceptional communication skills and ability to empathize with customers have led to very productive feedback sessions on Now Assist for Search. Richa's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond have also been noticed by her colleagues. Thanks for the hard work, Richa! ”

— Adam Bujnowski , Manager, Product Management - AI Search, ServiceNow

“I was very impressed with how you managed the situation and kept the quality of your output. I know that you were put under immense pressure when we've asked you to document/execute a comprehensive test scenario (in a very short period of time), which was to be reviewed by our senior stakeholders. I know we had to add/change the scenarios multiple times as requirements were quite fluid - but you managed the delivery, quality, and communication very well.”

— Hazel Ducay, Cheif Scrum Master, Shell

“ Kudos to you Richa, yet another feather in your cap! While we have been struggling with the TDM resources, upskilling to take this project as a stretch assignment and seamlessly delivering showcases your learner mindset. Successful completion within the budget and timelines has been possible because of your hard work, dedication and commitment. You have been a critical resource for our team. Continue doing a commendable job!”

— Somanna T G, CC Lead - Testing, Shell
